Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation by ClientNotice Requirement: Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 15 days prior to the scheduled event date to be eligible for a partial refund. Refund Policy:More than 15 days' notice: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. 8-10 days' notice: 25% of the deposit will be refunded. Less than 5 days' notice: No refund will be provided. Non-Refundable Fees: Any payments made for special requests, additional photographers, or other non-standard services are non-refundable. 2. Cancellation by PhotographerFull Refund: In the unlikely event that the photographer cancels the service, a full refund of all payments made by the client will be issued. Alternate Photographer: The photographer will make every effort to provide an alternative professional photographer to cover the event at no additional cost to the client. 3. Force MajeureDefinition: Events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of either party. Rescheduling: The client and photographer will work together to reschedule the event. Any payments made will be applied to the new date. Refunds: If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued, minus any non-recoverable costs incurred by the photographer. 4. Non-Refundable Deposit The initial deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable, except under the conditions outlined in the sections above. 5. Change of DateNotice Requirement: Clients wishing to change the date of their event must provide written notice at least 6 25 days prior to the original event date. Availability: Date changes are subject to the photographer’s availability. If the photographer is not available on the new date, the cancellation policy will apply. 6. Confirmation: The photographer will confirm receipt of any cancellation or date change requests in writing within 7 days.
